Early access · Actively building

The care hub we needed.
So we're building it.

Titan.Care brings a family's medications, appointments and hospital records into one place everyone can share. We're a healthcare technology company, started because we lived this problem with our own parents. We're early, and we'd love your help shaping what comes next.

Why this exists

The most important information about the people we love existed nowhere in one place.

Four hospital portals, a medication list that was always slightly out of date, and siblings who each held a piece of the story. The 11pm call trying to remember which pharmacy had the current prescription. The ER visit where nobody had the full picture.

We couldn't find a tool that fixed it, so we started building one. Titan.Care is that tool, built first for our own family and now open to yours.

Where we are

We'd rather be honest than impressive. Titan.Care is young, it works, and it changes every week.

Works today

  • Connect MyChart and see medications, visits and results in one place
  • Medication lists and appointment calendars for each person
  • A care circle so siblings and helpers see the same picture
  • Emergency profiles you can share in one tap
  • Symptom and pain tracking, with a brief to take to the doctor

Building next

  • The iPhone app in the App Store
  • Smoother MyChart setup for more health systems
  • Whatever families tell us they need most

Your turn

Something missing, confusing or broken? Tell us. Every message is read by the people who build Titan.Care, and plenty of today's features started as one.

Our journey so far

  1. 2024

    The idea

Years of looking after aging parents across separate hospital portals, paper medication lists and missed hand-offs. We kept wishing for one place that held the whole picture.

  2. March 2026

    We start building

The first lines of Titan.Care. Medications, appointments and a shared view of one person's care, built for our own family first.

  3. April 2026

    MyChart connects, private beta opens

Records from Epic MyChart flow straight in, so nobody retypes a medication list. A small invite-only group starts using it.

  4. June 2026

    First families rely on it

Real families use Titan.Care for real care every week. Most of what we built next came from what they told us.

  5. September 2026

    Healthcare-grade hosting

We moved onto infrastructure covered by a HIPAA business associate agreement, with encryption, audit logging and two-factor sign-in throughout.

  6. October 2026

    Open to everyone

Anyone can sign up. We are still early, and we are building in the open.

What we stand for

Your data is yours

Encrypted in transit and at rest. You decide who in your circle sees what, and you can take it back.

Never sold

We do not sell health data and we do not show ads. We earn our keep from the product, never from your information.

Built for the whole family

Care rarely sits with one person. Parents, children, siblings and paid caregivers work from the same page.

Real records, not retyping

When your hospital uses MyChart, your records come straight from it, so the list in front of you is the current one.

Helpful, never the doctor

Titan.Care spots the pattern and organises the questions. Decisions stay with you and your clinicians.

Shaped by the people using it

We are small enough to listen. Feedback from families goes straight to the people building the product.

Come build it with us.

Free to start. Bring your family in, connect MyChart, and tell us what would make caring for them easier.
