Terms of Service

By using Titan.Care, operated by Titan.Care ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. These Terms apply to everyone who uses it, including visitors and account holders.

Titan.Care is a care management platform for individuals, families and care circles. It includes:

• Medication tracking, schedules, adherence and refill reminders
• Appointment management and visit coordination
• Connection to Epic MyChart to retrieve your health records
• Health data from Apple Health, Android Health Connect, Oura, Withings, Dexcom and FreeStyle Libre
• Care circles: shared access to a person's information for the people you choose
• Messaging within your care circle
• AI features, including Ask Titan, health maintenance reminders and briefs
• Optional connections to medical practices and home care agencies that use Titan.Care
• Access on the web and in the iOS and Android apps

Titan.Care is a technology company. We are not a healthcare provider, insurer or health system, and the Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Organizations such as agencies and practices use Titan.Care under a separate agreement with us.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use Titan.Care only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Children under 13 cannot have their own account; a parent or legal guardian can manage their health records from their own account.

You agree to:

• Give accurate, current and complete information
• Keep your password, email account and sign-in codes secure
• Tell us promptly at support@titan.care if you suspect someone else has accessed your account
• Take responsibility for activity under your account

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or give false information.

Titan.Care uses automated analysis and AI to produce answers, health maintenance insights, screening reminders, adherence summaries, briefs and care alerts from the information in your account.

These features are informational only. They are not medical advice and not a substitute for clinical judgment. Don't act on them without consulting a qualified healthcare professional.

AI features use your information only to provide the Service to you. We don't use your health information to train AI models, sell insights or profile you for advertising. Ask Titan conversations are kept with the person's record for quality and safety review, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Automated analysis can be incomplete, wrong or not apply to your situation. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on it.

You agree not to:

• Break any law or regulation
• Access anyone's health records without their authorization
• Upload malware or other harmful code
• Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Scrape, copy or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Impersonate any person or organization

Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. It explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

We handle protected health information in line with HIPAA, with administrative, physical and technical safeguards suited to health data. By using the Service you consent to our handling of your information as the Privacy Policy describes.

Titan.Care and its content and features, including software, text, graphics, logos and icons, are owned by Titan.Care and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial care management. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or make derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the accuracy of health data retrieved from third-party systems including Epic MyChart, Apple Health, Android Health Connect, Oura, Withings, Dexcom or FreeStyle Libre. Wearable device data and AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for clinical measurements or professional medical judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titan.Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Titan.Care and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.

You can stop using Titan.Care and delete your account at any time from your Profile page, or by emailing support@titan.care. We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for breaking these Terms. When your account ends, your right to use the Service ends with it.

We may change these Terms. When we do, we post the new version here and update the date at the top; for significant changes we also email you. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.
