Family caregiver app

The caregiver app for the person who holds it all together.

If you look after a parent, a partner or a child with a lot of appointments, you already know the job: five patient portals, a pill organiser, a calendar on the fridge and a group text that nobody reads. Titan.Care puts it in one place and lets the rest of the family carry some of it.

What a family caregiver actually needs

Most caregiving apps are a to-do list with a heart icon. The hard part of caring for someone is not remembering tasks. It is that the information is scattered: one hospital has the cardiology notes, another has the lab results, the pharmacy has the medication list and your sister has the only copy of the discharge papers.

Titan.Care starts with the records. Connect the hospitals your family already uses through MyChart, and appointments, medications, results and documents arrive on their own, in one record for each person.

  • One record per person, built from every hospital they use
  • Medications, appointments and lab results that update themselves
  • A care circle: the family sees what you choose to share

Caregiving is family life, not a second job on the side

The cardiology appointment and your daughter's soccer game are on the same Tuesday. Titan.Care puts both on one family calendar, says who is driving, and flags the week a visit is booked on top of something else, before the day, not on it.

  • Doctors, activities, tasks and travel for everyone on one calendar
  • Clashes flagged the morning they are booked
  • Who is going, who is driving, and where

Share the load without losing control

Invite a brother, a spouse or a paid caregiver into the care circle and choose what each person can see. Everyone works from the same record, so nobody has to forward screenshots or ask what the doctor said.

On the big days, like a surgery, one person posts updates from the waiting room and everyone else follows on one page, with no account and no app to install.
